Big Alaska Snowboard & Freeski Club NEWS 1-6-09

Slalom, Sunday, Jan 11 at Alyeska, Tanaka lift (weather predicted to warm up to above 0, fingers crossed)

Day of event registration 9 - 10 am only in day lodge @ Alyeska

$30 (3 races in 1 day) and proof of USASA registration

Slipping will begin at around 10:30 am, with first runs at 11:00.  Everybody gets to do 6 runs on the slalom course, should be fun!

Outdoor crew confirmed:  Darren Mattingley, Glen Sterley, Dee Hurley.  Others contacted but haven't confirmed with me--want to help?  Let me know. Besides course setting we have banners and tents to put up if we have the volunteers.  Outside people please plan on meeting me at 8:30 to help haul gear from the Suburban to Tanaka and start setting up and setting course.  Thanks!
